Can't wait to read your book Caz and hear how you gave up alcohol and read the testimony of how you feel now. I too, gave up alcohol 12 years ago and never looked back :) Congratulations on publishing your book! I love the cover and look forward to the read.
Well done Caz! You have a great way with words and humour, to bring the reader to clear reality on a serious subject that is rarely raised. Keep writing as this is a book that will invoke courage to someone wanting alternatives to a habit that is entrenched in our social fabric. It took me a while to work out FFS!
Thanks Anne! A couple of people have said that re the FFS - and maybe it's a good attention grabber if nothing else. Yes, problem drinking is definitely the elephant in the room, and I guess I'm pretty qualified in my experiences of it to write this. Thanks for the encouragement!
Brilliant, Caz! Have been waiting for a book like this to come out. As the daughter of someone who was very kindhearted, but drank to overcome his deep loneliness, I was in my 40s before I understood how that affected my relationships. Well done, you!
Yes, I find alcohol is a thing nobody speaks about, except to encourage each other to drink, and what 'fun' it all is. Meanwhile, a lonely person drinking for that reason often ends up feeling it's their only option to keep doing it, as they feel so alone in their addiction. It's a terrible substance, and I look forward to shining light on it in places people might not think to look. Thanks Megan for your encouragement.
Fabulous - again! Definitely a topic that needs to be addressed. The addiction to alcohol in general society / everyday life is both at scary levels and highly destructive

This is really good Caz; and that coming from someone who hasn’t suffered with alcohol. I was 100% engaged.

Hi Caz, love the intro to the book and can’t wait to read more.
Looking forward to your book Caz How. Something I can completely relate to.
Thanks Martha, for your encouragement!
